To ensure the Health & Safety of all our guests and help prevent community transmission, Windsor Lifestyle Inc in accordance with WorkSafeBC has implemented the following protocols:

We are limiting the number of guests in the clinic, asking clients to call ahead to schedule an appointment and to attend services on their own. Wash or sanitize your hands upon entering the clinic.

 

During your visit, please wear a mask. If you do not have a mask, a disposable one will be provided. Be mindful and keep your distance always 2 meters from others. Service providers will all be wearing essential PPE, mask, gloves, goggles or shield.

 

To avoid cross contamination, please ask for a product and we will assist you. There will be no beverages served. Clients are welcome to bring their own drink in a sealed bottle.

 

Treatment areas are cleaned and sterilized with medical grade topical disinfectant. After each use, tools / implements and linen are either disposed of or cleaned and sterilized in accordance to code adhering to Health & Safety Procedures. The clinic is following protocol and cleaning common surface areas regularity, countertops, POS machine, doorknobs, handles, light switches, washroom, etc.

 

All clients will be asked pre-screening questions before receiving services. We will not be accepting any clients if you have been traveling out of the province in the past 14 days. Please call to cancel your appointment if experiencing any symptoms of Covid-19, symptoms include, fever, chills, cough, sore throat, difficulty breathing, fatigue, etc.
